He joins the likes of Nelson Mandela, Kofi Annan, Mikhail Gorbachev and former U.S. president Jimmy Carter, who have all been awarded the medal, which has been given out every year since 1989.

Drinking Ozonated Water or Ozonated Water

Ozone is well-known for killing microbes and killing cancer cells. The only thing that is not known is whether there is enough ozone in the water to kill the cancer cells or the microbes inside the cancer cells. However, like the colloidal silver, it is designed to kill the microbes in the blood and those in hiding.

If you have root canals, it is important to let some of the ozonated water sit inside the mouth. In other words, fill the mouth with ozonated water two or three times per treatment, then let it sit in the mouth covering your root canal teeth (for a couple of minutes each time). Petition to Halt the Use of Chemical Dispersants in the Gulf of Mexico

PETITION: Millions of gallons of the dispersant, Corexit, have been released into the Gulf of Mexico in order to disperse the massive oil spill caused by the explosion and sinking of the BP Deepwater Horizon. The rationale behind the use of the dispersant is to keep oil from the sensitive wetlands and coastlines. However, by dispersing the oil throughout the water column, this practice is making it impossible to recover the dispersed oil at the surface while plumes of the dispersed oil remain at depth, entering the food chain at many levels where it will bioaccumulate as it moves up the food chain. Dispersing the oil means more of it will likely travel with prevailing currents to destinations downstream, including Cuba, Mexico, the Florida Keys, and the eastern seaboard of the United States.

Corexit is one of the most toxic dispersants and one of the least effective on Louisiana crude oil. However, it is the mixture of Corexit and oil that represents an even greater threat as the toxic effects are magnified. Corexit, designed to break down lipid layers, facilitates the movement of toxic materials across the membranes of wildlife and human beings. The dispersant-oil mixture is killing marine wildlife, including dolphins, whales and fish, while also causing a range of serious human health effects to those who have been exposed.

We, the undersigned, believe that the continued widespread use of dispersants, especially Corexit, represents an unprecedented, large-scale uncontrolled experiment on the Gulf of Mexico with potentially grave, decades-long consequences to the marine ecosystems and Gulf communities. We therefore call upon the Obama Administration, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, to immediately halt the use of chemical dispersants in the Gulf of Mexico.

Second Oil Rig Fire near BP oil spill 2010 & C Guard action.

This is not a floating rig and all 13 humanoids have been accounted for, reports the U.S coast guard. In local Edgewater, Florida , the coast Guard has closed down intracoastal waterway in Edgewater, which is the many route for sailboats , yachts etc., that travel down the east coast to Miami area from the Northeast U.S. . I believe it's a false flag operation and something else is brewing . Stay alert people!

Production Platform On Fire South Of Louisiana, U.S. Coast Guard Reports Categories: Accidents and Disasters

A spokesman for the U.S. Coast Guard says it has dispatched three cutters to the scene of an oil rig fire off the coast of Louisiana, including the USCGC Decisive, seen here in a file photo.

An offshore production platform is on fire, some 90 miles south of Vermilion Bay, below Marsh Island, Louisiana. It is owned by Mariner Energy, Inc.

UPDATE at 1:03 p.m. ET: Mariner Energy has released a statement, confirming "a fire has occurred at a production platform located on Vermilion Block 380, approximately 100 miles from the Louisiana coast."

All 13 members of the crew have been evacuated and safely accounted for. No injuries have been reported. In an initial flyover, no hydrocarbon spill was reported.

Mariner has notified and is working with regulatory authorities in response to this incident. The cause is not known, and an investigation will be undertaken. During the last week of August 2010, production from this facility averaged approximately 9.2 million cubic feet of natural gas per day and 1,400 barrels of oil and condensate.

UPDATE at 12:41 p.m. ET: In a statement, the Coast Guard issued this statement: "We continue to gather information as we respond with full force, and have oil spill response assets ready for immediate deployment should we receive any reports of pollution."

UPDATE at 12:54 p.m. ET: David Reed, a paramedic on a neighboring rig, some 14 miles away from the platform that exploded, told CNN that he and his coworkers "started hearing chatter over all the radio frequencies, and they were calling for all boats to come and assist in the rescue."

We did not know many people were in the water. It was probably about 20 or 30 minutes later that they reported there were 13 people in the water.

"Vermillion 380 is a fixed, manned production platform," the New Orleans Times- Picayune reports. "It's not a well being drilled for oil, like BP's Macondo well and it's not a floating rig like the Deepwater Horizon." Read more at www.npr.org
